技术特点:甲醇裂解后的燃烧速度显著加快,其刚性强,火焰长度压缩变长,对于大型的工业窑炉,热量的传递更加有利;甲醇裂解燃烧,不是在天然气中参氢燃烧,而是由甲醇替代天然气燃烧。甲醇雾化燃烧会产生甲醛、甲酸等有害物质,而甲醇裂解燃烧后只产生碳和水蒸气,没有其他污染物的排放,碳排放仅为天然气的50%。
