         合金烘烤装置是一种炉后专用合金加热装置，设备放置于转炉操作平台合金投料旋转溜管上方，可对硅铁、锰铁等多种合金炉料进行加热的专用设备。设备核心炉体采用耐磨耐高温合金钢铸造而成。炉体上、中、下部分别安装多套燃烧器，燃烧器沿炉体四周呈对称分布，使高温气流在炉体中沿切线对合金进行加热，可有效的防止物料的烧结。同时利用燃烧腔的热气向上的过程中，可对上部的物料进行预热，从而达到节能的目的。
